Beipu devices coil compatibility: explained edition (Freemax Maxus)
Beipu devices advice for Greece, covering coil compatibility, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Greece, but with beipu devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation.
We spent weeks putting beipu devices options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. The build quality on Beipu B2 is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.
Airflow control on the Beipu B2 is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 100, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 60:40 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 4.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Beipu B2 earns its keep: the 2000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 100 and recharges over Micro-USB. We would pair the Beipu B2 with a 60:40 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Micro-USB takes about 60 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation.
The Arctic White finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For pod fans, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cola Zero: sweet, fizzy, described as cola sweetness with a light fizz. On a 60:40 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Greece
Availability in Greece is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.15 Ω dual mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and EUR rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Our advice is to order one, use it for a fortnight, and only then decide whether to stock up.
